Your First Visit

Before Your Appointment

• Complete your patient forms online or arrive 15 minutes early
• Bring your insurance card and photo ID
• Bring any relevant medical records or imaging results
• Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing

During Your Visit (45-60 minutes)

1. Consultation (15-20 minutes)

Your doctor will discuss your health history, current symptoms, and health goals. This is your opportunity to ask questions and share your concerns.

2. Examination (20-30 minutes)

A comprehensive chiropractic examination including:

• Posture analysis
• Range of motion testing
• Orthopedic and neurological tests
• Spinal palpation
• X-rays if medically necessary

3. Report of Findings (10-15 minutes)

Your doctor will explain their findings, diagnosis, and recommended treatment plan. You'll learn about:

• The cause of your condition
• Recommended treatment approach
• Expected timeline for improvement
• Cost and insurance coverage

4. First Treatment (If Appropriate)

In many cases, you'll receive your first chiropractic adjustment during this visit.

After Your Visit

You may experience:

• Immediate relief or improved mobility
• Mild soreness (similar to post-workout soreness)
• Increased energy

Your doctor will provide specific post-treatment instructions and schedule your follow-up appointments.
